Central Student Restaurant
The student restaurant is operated and run with students in a teaching enviornment with the guidance of
Chef Melanie Wheeler.
Students assist with menu development, inventories, daily tasks, and operations.
The student restaurant has a series of menu's throughout the year.
Primarly we offer an Al la Carte menu depending on the season.
Typically we create seasonal menu's such as: Fall, Winter and Spring Menu's,
Occasionally the restaurant offers a
Prix Fixe menu.
